Rectification claim made on the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland’s visa information system procurement decision

Gofore announced on 14 June 2023 that it has been chosen as supplier in a procurement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland regarding the Finnish visa information system. Gofore took part in a restricted procedure frame agreement tender as a subcontractor for Knowit.

Today, 22 June 2023, Gofore has received information that Solita Ltd has made a rectification claim on the procurement decision within the appeal period according to the Finnish procurement law. This may change the earlier made procurement decision.

Gofore will provide further information on the matter once it is informed whether the procurement unit will carry out the rectification of procurement and the content of such rectification. The procurement unit is not obliged to rectify the procurement based on the rectification claim.
