New shares of Nurminen Logistics Plc registered with the trade register

Nurminen Logistics Plc Stock Exchange Release July 24, 2023, at 9.00. a.m.

A total of 26,201 new shares (the "New Shares") issued in Nurminen Logistics Plc's (the "Company") share issue to the Company itself without consideration has been registered with the Trade Register on July 24, 2023. Following the registration of the New Shares, the total number of the Company's shares is 78,127,855 shares.

The New Shares will be admitted to trading together with the Company's existing shares on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd on or about July 25, 2023.
