Change in Stora Enso's Group Leadership Team

STORA ENSO OYJ STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 4 September 2023 at 11:00 EEST Minna Björkman, Executive Vice President Sourcing and Logistics, and a member of the GLT, will leave her position in the GLT to assume a business leadership role in Stora Enso's Packaging Materials division during the fourth quarter of 2023. Until Minna starts in her new role, she will remain a member of the Group Leadership Team. Stora Enso will remove the representation of Sourcing and Logistics from the Group Leadership Team. The new reporting structure of the Sourcing and Logistics function will be defined as part of the planned new decentralised business operation model.
