AUGA group - Notification on material event

The independent member of the Board of AUGA group, AB, Michaela Tod, has submitted a resignation letter.

On 3rd September 2022, AUGA group, AB (hereinafter – the Company) received a resignation letter from an independent member of the Company’s board, Michaela Tod, regarding her resignation from the board of the Company due to personal reasons.

According to part 11 of article 33 of the Law on Companies of the Republic of Lithuania the last day Michaela‘s Tod in office is 17th September 2023.
