STORA ENSO OYJ STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 16 October 2023 at 10:00 EEST During the 1-30 September 2023 conversion period there were two conversions and a total of 287 A shares were converted into R shares. The shares were recorded in the Finnish trade register today, 16 October 2023, and trading in the new R shares will start on 17 October 2023. Breakdown of shares after conversion: A shares 176,231,659 R shares 612,388,328 Total 788,619,987 Each A share and every ten R shares carry one vote. The total amount of votes after the conversion is at least 237,470,491.
