Ponsse Plc, Financial Calendar Ponsse's financial reporting and Annual General Meeting in 2024 Ponsse Plc, Stock Exchange Release, 23 October 2023 at 4:40 p.m. EEST Ponsse Plc will publish the following financial reports during 2024: 20 February 2024 - Financial statements 2023 23 April 2024 - Interim report (Q1), January-March 2024 13 August 2024 - Half-year report, January-June 2024 22 October 2024 - Interim report (Q3), January-September 2024 The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held in Vieremä on 9 April 2024. Ponsse Plc's Board of Directors will issue a separate notice of the Annual General Meeting later. The 2023 Annual Report including Board of Directors' Report and Financial Statements, will be published on the company's website during week 11 (the week starting on 11 March 2024). All financial reports of the company will be published in Finnish and English. Ponsse maintains a silent period, which begins at the end of each reporting quarter and ends following the publication of the results for the quarter or financial period in question.
