The Board of Directors of Nokian Tyres plc has decided on the payment of the second dividend installment of EUR 0.20 per share for the financial year 2022

Nokian Tyres plc Stock Exchange Release October 24, 2023 at 8:20 p.m. EEST The Board of Directors of Nokian Tyres plc has today decided that a second dividend installment of EUR 0.20 per share will be distributed for the year 2022. The dividend is based on the authorization given by Nokian Tyres' Annual General Meeting 2023. The second dividend installment will be paid to shareholders who are registered in the company's shareholders' register maintained by Euroclear Finland Oy on the dividend record date of November 2, 2023. The dividend payment date is December 5, 2023. Nokian Tyres' Annual General Meeting, held on April 26, 2023, decided on the payment of EUR 0.35 per share for the financial year 2022 in May 2023. Based on the resolution of the AGM and today's decision by the Board of Directors, the total amount of dividends paid by Nokian Tyres for the financial year 2022 is EUR 0.55 per share.
