CapMan Plc's financial reporting and Annual General Meeting in 2024

CapMan Group will publish its Financial Statements Bulletin for 2023 on Wednesday, 7 February 2024. The 2023 Annual Report, including the Financial Statements and the Report of the Board of Directors, will be published in March 2024 during week 10.

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Wednesday, 27 March 2024 at 10.00 a.m. EET in Helsinki.

In addition to the Financial Statements Bulletin, CapMan Group will publish three financial reports in 2024 as follows:

• Interim Report for the period 1 January 31 March 2024 on 3 May 2024
• Half-Year Financial Report for the period 1 January 30 June 2024 on 8 August 2024
• Interim Report for the period 1 January 30 September 2024 on 7 November 2024

CapMan's financial information will be published in Finnish and English. All financial information is available immediately upon release also at CapMan's website, www.capman.com.
