Orthex Corporation: Financial reporting and AGM in 2024

Orthex Corporation, Stock exchange release, 7 November 2023 at 8.30 a.m. EET

Orthex Corporation will publish its financial reports in 2024 according to the following schedule:

• 5 March 2024 at approx. 9.00 a.m. EET: Financial statements release for 2023
• 15 May 2024 at approx. 9.00 a.m. EEST: Interim report January–March 2024
• 21 August 2024 at approx. 9.00 a.m. EEST: Half-year financial report January–June 2024
• 15 November 2024 at approx. 9.00 a.m. EET: Interim report January–September 2024

Orthex observes a 30-day silent period before the publication of the financial reports. During this time, Orthex will not comment on the company's financial position, markets or outlook to the media or other parties nor meet with capital markets representatives.

Orthex's Annual and Sustainability Report 2023 including the Board of Directors' report and the Financial Statements for the period 1 January–31 December 2023 will be published online in March during week 12/2024 at the latest.

The Annual General Meeting of Orthex Corporation is planned to be held on Tuesday, 9 April 2024. Orthex's Board of Directors will convene the general meeting later.

All financial and other reports will be published in Finnish and in English, and they will be available on the corporate website at https:/investors.orthexgroup.com/ following their publication.
