The Board of Directors of Tokmanni Group Corporation has decided on the payment of dividend

Tokmanni Group Corporation Stock exchange release 17 November 2023 7:45 am Tokmanni Group Corporation's Board of Directors has decided on the payment of second instalment of the dividend for the financial year ended 31 December 2022. The dividend to be paid is EUR 0.38 per share and the decision is based on the authorisation granted to the Board of Directors by the Annual General Meeting on 22 March 2023. The company has already paid a dividend of EUR 0.38 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2022 on 12 April 2023. The second dividend instalment will be paid on 30 November 2023 to the shareholders listed in the company's shareholder register maintained by Euroclear Finland Ltd on the record date of 22 November 2023.
