STORA ENSO OYJ STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 15 December 2023 at 9:00 EET During the 1-30 November 2023 conversion period there were six conversions and a total of 498 Ashares were converted into R shares. The shares were recorded in the Finnish trade register today, 15 December 2023, and trading in the new R shares will start on 16 December 2023. Breakdown of shares after conversion: A shares 176,230,911 R shares 612,389,076 Total 788,619,987 Each A share and every ten R shares carry one vote. The total amount of votes after the conversion is at least 237,469,818.
