Remedy Entertainment Plc Stock Exchange Release February 1, 2024, 10:30 a.m. EET Share subscriptions based on stock options 2018, 2019 and 2020 Between September 16 and December 31, 2023, a total of 26,250 Remedy Entertainment Plc's new shares has been subscribed for with the company's stock options 2018, 2019 and 2020. For subscriptions made with the stock options 2018, 2019 and 2020, the entire subscription price of EUR 252,225.00 will be entered in the reserve for invested unrestricted equity. After the trade registration the total amount of shares is 13,516,401. The shares subscribed for under the stock options 2018, 2019 and 2020 have been registered in the Trade Register on February 1, 2024, as of which date the new shares will establish shareholder rights. The shares will be tradedon the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltdtogether with the old shares as of February 2, 2024. The shares subscription period for stock options 2018 started on 1 June 2021 and will end on 31 May 2024.
