Lehto Group Plc: Lehto postpones the publication date of the 2023 financial statement bulletin and the date of the annual general meeting and switches to semi-annual reporting

Lehto Group Plc Stock exchange release 15 February 2024 at 10.45 (Finnish time) As a result of Lehto Group Plc's filing for corporate restructuring and the bankruptcies of its subsidiaries, the publication date of Lehto's 2023 financial statement bulletin is delayed. Lehto publishes the following financial reviews in 2024: · 27 March 2024 financial statement bulletin for the year 2023 · 1 August 2024 half-year report January-June 2024 Along with the change in the business, the company will give up publishing the business reports for January-March and January-September and will publish only the half-year report and the financial statement bulletin in the future. For this reason, the company will not publish the January-March 2024 business review on April 25, 2024, nor the January-September 2024 business review on October 24, 2024, as previously announced. The annual report for 2023 will be published by the end of April 2024. The annual general meeting is planned to be held by the end of May 2024.
