Pihlajalinna Plc has on 15 February 2024 received a notification under Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Market Act, according to which the holding of LähiTapiola Keskinäinen Vakuutusyhtiö and LähiTapiola Keskinäinen Henkivakuutusyhtiö in Pihlajalinna Plc's shares and votes has risen above 25 per cent on 14 February 2024. The holding of LähiTapiola Keskinäinen Vakuutusyhtiö and LähiTapiola Keskinäinen Henkivakuutusyhtiö has increased to 25.62% and 5 794 480 shares of the total of Pihlajalinna's shares and votes.
