Lehto Group Plc: Change in Lehto Group Plc's management structure

Lehto Group Plc Stock exchange release 27 February 2024 at 12.00 (Finnish time) As Lehto stated in the stock exchange release published on February 15, 2024, as part of the corporate restructuring proceedings Lehto plans to divest its whole construction business and any holdings related thereto and reviews options to expand to new business areas and acquire new business. In the current situation, Lehto Group Oyj ("Lehto") does not have activities that would require group executive board in its previous scope, and Lehto has decided to terminate the group executive board for the time being. Matti Koskela, the manager responsible for the Premises and Apartments business, and Matti Kuronen, the manager responsible for the wooden construction business, who previously worked in the group executive board, will no longer continue with Lehto. Other persons who previously worked in the group executive board continue to work for Lehto.
