Orthex Corporation's Annual and Sustainability Report 2023 has been published. The report includes the Annual Review, Sustainability Report, Corporate Governance Statement, Remuneration Report, the Board of Directors' Report, and Financial Statements for the year 2023.

The Annual and Sustainability Report has also been published in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. The format of the report is Extensible Hypertext Markup Language (XHTML). The main statements in the consolidated financial statements and the notes thereto have been labelled with XBRL tags. The ESEF financial statements of Orthex Corporation are unassured.

The Remuneration Report is presented to the Annual General Meeting 2024 for advisory approval.
