Lindex Group plc, Other information disclosed according to the rules of the Exchange, 22.3.2024 at 12:00 EET Stockmann Oyj Abp's new trade name Lindex Group Oyj has been registered in the Finnish Trade Register The Annual General Meeting of Stockmann plc held on 21 March 2024 decided to change the trade name of the Group's parent company Stockmann Oyj Abp (parallel trade name in English: Stockmann plc) to Lindex Group Oyj (parallel trade names in Swedish Lindex Group Abp, and in English Lindex Group plc). The name change and the related change of Article 1 of the company's Articles of Association have been registered in the Finnish Trade Register today on 22 March 2024. Concurrently, the amendment of Article 11 of the Articles of Association that enables arranging a General Meeting as a virtual meeting without a meeting venue has also been registered. The company's name in the book-entry system and in Nasdaq Helsinki's trading system will be changed as of 25 March 2024. The current trading code of the share, STOCKA, will be amended as a result of the change in the trade name, and as of 25 March 2024 the trading code of the company's share is LINDEX. The ISIN -code for the company's share (FI0009000251) and the company's business ID (0114162-2) will remain unchanged.
