Teleste Corporation´s conveyance of own shares based on the long-term incentive plan

Teleste Corporation Stock exchange release April 2, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. EEST TELESTE CORPORATION´S CONVEYANCE OF OWN SHARES BASED ON THE LONG-TERM INCENTIVE PLAN A total of 8,628 Teleste Corporation's treasury shares were conveyed without consideration to the key employees participating in the plan period 2021-2023 of Teleste long-term share-based incentive programme. More detailed information about the launch of the plan period and its terms and conditions is available in a stock exchange release published on 11 February 2021. The decision on the directed share issue is based on the authorisation granted to the Board of Directors by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on April 5, 2023. After the share delivery on 28 March 2024, the company holds a total of 738,398 own shares.
