Remedy Entertainment Plc Stock exchange release April 11, 2024, 9.30 a.m. EEST Share subscriptions based on stock options 2018 and 2019 Between January 1 and March 31, 2024, a total of 36,250 Remedy Entertainment Plc's new shares has been subscribed for with the company's stock options 2018 and 2019. For subscriptions made with the stock options 2018 and 2019, the entire subscription price of EUR 261,105.00 will be entered in the reserve for invested unrestricted equity. After the trade registration the total amount of shares is 13,552,651. The shares subscribed for under the stock options 2018 and 2019 have been registered in the Trade Register on April 11, 2024, as of which date the new shares will establish shareholder rights.
