Apetit Plc completes the acquisition of company’s own shares
Apetit Plc has completed the acquisition of the company's own shares, of which the company announced on 30 November 2023. The share repurchases began on 7 December 2023 and ended on 10 April 2024. During this period, Apetit repurchased 46,005 own shares with a total value of EUR 604,522.30 and an average price of EUR 13.14036. The shares were repurchased using the Company’s unrestricted equity and the shares were acquired in several lots in public trading arranged by Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd.
The acquisition of the company's own shares was based on the authorization given by the Annual General Meeting on 13 April 2023. In accordance with the authorization, the acquisition of the company's own shares was to implement share-based incentive plans or for other purposes specified by the Board of Directors.
Apetit Plc now holds a total of 109,273 shares including the shares repurchased on 10 April 2024. Before beginning the share purchase Apetit Plc had 63,268 own shares.
