Olvi plc Stock Exchange Release 17 June 2024 at 9.00 am Olvi plc: Transfer of Treasury Shares Under a Matching Share Plan The Board of Directors of Olvi plc has resolved on directed issuance of shares without consideration to transfer a totalof400Olvi plcSeries A shares held as treasury shares to the company's key employees under aMatching Share Plan 2022-2023. In the plan, the target group was given an opportunity to receive matching shares for their personal investment in Olvi plc series A shares. The rewards depend on the validity of the employment relationship at the time of payment. Information on the Matching Share Plan was provided in stock exchange release on 27 May 2022. The transfer of shares is based on an authorisation granted to the Board of Directors at Olvi plc's General Meeting of Shareholders on 26 March 2024. After the transfer, Olvi plc holds 22.242treasury shares.
