Olvi plc Stock Exchange Release 11 July 2024 at 10.00 am Olvi plc: Transfer of Treasury Shares Under Performance Share Plans The Board of Directors of Olvi plc has resolved on directed issuance of shares without consideration to transfer a totalof528Olvi plcSeries A shares held as treasury shares to the company's key employee under Performance Share Plans 2022-2024 and 2023-2025 in accordance with the terms of the plans upon the retirement of a key person. Information on the Performance Share Plans was provided in stock exchange releases on 27 May 2022 and 2 March 2023. The transfer of shares is based on an authorisation granted to the Board of Directors at Olvi plc's General Meeting of Shareholders on 26 March 2024. After the transfer, Olvi plc holds 21.714treasury shares.
