New shares of Nurminen Logistics Plc registered with the trade register

Nurminen Logistics Plc Stock Exchange Release July 22, 2024, at 10.00. a.m.

A total of 85,309 new shares (the "New Shares") issued in Nurminen Logistics Plc's (the "Company") share issue to the Company itself without consideration has been registered with the Trade Register on July 22, 2024. Following the registration of the New Shares, the total number of the Company's shares is 78,213,164 shares.

The New Shares will be admitted to trading together with the Company's existing shares on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd on or about July 23, 2024.
