Nurminen Logistics initiates change negotiations to reorganize the organization in order to meet strategic targets and improve efficiency

Nurminen Logistics Plc will initiate change negotiations in its Finnish subsidiary Nurminen Logistics Services Oy regarding the closure or drastic reduction of terminal operations in Vainikkala and the reorganisation of forwarding operations in Kotka. In addition, the merging of overlapping roles will be considered.

The measures cover 18 people, and according to the employer's preliminary estimate, the need for dismissal will affect a maximum of 14 people.

The change negotiations are based on improving the efficiency of operations to meet the company's strategic targets.
