Remedy Entertainment Plc Stock Exchange Release August 7, 2024, at 2.00 p.m. EEST Change in Remedy's core management team: Santtu Kallionpää appointed CFO Remedy Entertainment Plc (“Remedy”) has appointed Santtu Kallionpää Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and a member of Remedy's core management team. He will take up his new position on October 14, 2024, report to the CEO Tero Virtala and will be based in Finland. Kallionpää has been the VP Finance and Business control of Fazer Confectionery. He holds a master's degree in engineering from Helsinki University of Technology. “I am delighted to welcome Santtu Kallionpää to Remedy and our core management team. In addition to his financial expertise, he is experienced in consumer business ranging from steering strategic projects to business development and performance management of key operations. These are valuable competences and relevant skills for Remedy.
