Anora's financial reporting and Annual General Meeting in 2025

Anora's financial reporting and Annual General Meeting in 2025

Anora will publish financial reports in 2025 as follows:

• 12 February 2025: Financial Statements Bulletin for 2024
• 7 May 2025: Interim Report for January-March 2025
• 15 August 2025: Half-Year Report for January-June 2025
• 31 October 2025: Interim Report for January-September 2025

These financial reports will be published at approximately 8:30 a.m. Finnish time. Anora applies a silent period of 30 days before the publication of financial reports.

The Annual Report 2024 including the financial statements, Board of Directors' report, the Corporate Governance statement and the remuneration report will be published in English and Finnish on Anora's website by the end of week 12.

Anora Group Plc's Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025 is planned to be held on Tuesday 15 April 2025 in Helsinki. The Board of Directors will summon the AGM later.

A shareholder may request that a matter falling under the authority of the General Meeting of Shareholders shall be placed on the agenda of the AGM. To this effect, a written request should be sent to the Board of Directors by e-mail to investor.relations@anora.com on Friday 31 January 2025 at the latest.
