Notice of the rejected appeal regarding the lawsuit to refute the decisions of the General Assembly of the Company dated June 30, 2021

Following on from earlier publications on a lawsuit by minority shareholders to refute the decisions of the General Assembly of Dalekovod, d.d. (hereinafter: Company) held on June 30, 2021, the public is informed that the High Commercial Court of the Republic of Croatia issued a judgment under business number Pž-3288/2023 regarding the plaintiff's appeal against the decision of the Commercial Court in Zagreb dated 10.05.2023. under business number P-1277/2021.

The judgment rejects the plaintiff's unfounded appeal and confirms the Commercial Court's judgment in Zagreb dated May 10, 2023, which is the plaintiff's request to determine the nullity of the decisions of the General Assembly of June 30, 2021. It was rejected in its entirety, with the obligation to compensate the Company as the defendant for litigation costs.
