Für den Inhalt der Mitteilung ist allein der Emittent verantwortlich. —————————————————————————— SAINT GOBAIN DISPOSAL OF THE EUROPEAN HOUSEHOLD GLASSWARE OF SAINT-GOBAIN As agreed and signed today, SAINT-GOBAIN announces the disposal of the European Household Glassware activity of its Glass Containers Division to the Italian Group BORMIOLI ROCCO. The European Household Glassware activity is composed of Les Verreries de Saint-Gobain (France), Crivisa (Spain) and Ruhr Kristall Glas (Germany). This activity produces in particular glass tableware made in toughened glass (under the brand “Duralex”) and also glass tableware made in opal glass (under the brand “Harmonia”).
