Bothe, responsible for worldwide sales and marketing. In the interim, Mr. Bothe’s responsibilities will be assumed by board members Christiane Hotz-Firlus and Dr. Oskar von Dungern. In its meeting of May 31, the Supervisory Board named Dr. Oskar von Dungern a full member of the Management Board of the Company.
