Oktober 1999. Die Gesellschaft für Network Training AG (GfN AG) übernimmt mit sofortiger Wirkung 74 Prozent der Netzwerk Beratung Informationssysteme Duisburg GmbH (NBI). Mit dem Systemhaus für Informationstechnologien erweitert die GfN AG kurz vor ihrem Wechsel an den Neuen Markt ihr Leistungsspektrum. Der Stuttgarter Dienstleister für individuelle Firmenschulungen, Seminare und Online-Training im Netzwerkbereich bietet damit künftig auch komplexe Netzwerklösungen von der Beratung bis zur Implementierung an. NBI wurde 1998 gegründet und beschäftigt aktuell 24 Mitarbeiter. Das Umsatzziel von acht Millionen Mark für 1999 wird das Unternehmen nach eigenen Angaben übertreffen, insbesondere der Ertrag entwickle sich deutlich besser als geplant. Effective immediately, the Gesellschaft für Network Training AG (GfN AG) is assuming a 74 per cent share in Netzwerk Beratung Informationssysteme Duisburg GmbH (NBI). With the addition of this information technology systems house, the GfN AG is expanding its spectrum of services just before moving its listings to the New Market exchange. The Stuttgart-based provider of individualized company schooling, seminars and Online-Training on network matters will thus continue to also offer complex network solutions, from consulting through to implementation. NBI was founded in 1998 and currently employs a staff of 24. According to information provided by the company, the 8 million DM turnover target for 1999 will be topped.
