Für das Rechenzentrum eines deutschen Konzerns wurde ein Großrechnersystem, bestehend aus Hardware, Software und Dienstieistungspaketen geliefert und installiert. Das Gesamtvolumen des Auftrags beläuft sich auf ca. 22 Mio DM. Der Hardware-Anteil inklusive der Dienstleistungen beträgt ca. ein Drittel des Volumens. Der Rest entfällt auf Software. Nach Auskunft des Vorstandsvorsitzenden der TTL AG, Klaus W. Schäfer, wurde das Projekt mit einer Laufzeit von 36 Monaten abgeschlossen: “Dieser Großauftrag sichert uns bereits jetzt einen erheblichen Beitrag zu Umsatz und Ertrag in den kommenden drei Jahren. Unsere Planungen, wonach wir im Jahr 2000 gegenüber 1999 den Umsatz um 34% auf 88 Mio DM steigern werden, bestätigt sich damit schon heute”, so Schäfer. Besonders zufrieden zeigte er sich mit der Tatsache, daß auch das Finanzierungs-Know-How der TTL AG in Anspruch genommen wurde: die Projektfinanzierung hat ebenfalls TTL AG strukturiert und realisiert. Da auch die Geschäftsbereiche Internationales Brokerage und Vertriebspartner gefüllte Auftragsbücher vorweisen können, werde das Unternehmen die selbstgesteckten Ziele bereits in 2000 in erheblichem Maße übertreffen. Um dem überdurchschnittlich gestiegenen Auftragsvolumen für die Zukunft gerecht werden zu können, wird das Münchner IT- Unternehmen ein neues Bürogebäude beziehen. Die angemietete Bürofläche wird sich mehr als verdoppeln, so daß auch der Raumbedarf für anstehende Akquisitionen bereits berücksichtigt ist. The overall volume of the order amounts to approx. DM 22 million. The hardware value, incl. the respective services, amounts to approx. one third of the transaction’s total volume. The rest is allotted to the software. According to information provided by the chairman of the Board of Directors of TTL AG, Mr. Klaus W. Schäfer, the project is of a term of 36 months: “This major order secures considerable turnover and income figures for the next three years. Thus, our planning, according to which we will increase our turnover figures by 34% to DM 88 million in the year 2000 (compared with the turnover figures for 1999), is confirmed today already.” Mr. Schäfer was satisfied in particular with the fact that the financing know-how of TTL AG was also used within the scope of this transaction as TTL also structured the project financing.
