Der Kaufpreis wurde in Aktien bezahlt; über den Kaufpreis selbst wurde Stillschweigen vereinbart. Die realTech AG und InterClubNet Ltd. bieten ab Mitte Mai einen virtuellen Marktplatz im Internet an, auf dem Fußballclubs weltweit Spieler transferieren können. Zur Zeit haben bereits 60 Clubs eine entsprechende Vereinbarung unterschrieben. realTech hosted das eigenentwickelte Internet- Angebot InterClub und ist in den nächsten drei Jahren für Support und Maintenance verantwortlich. The purchasing price will be paid in stocks; secrecy has been observed regarding the purchasing price itself. As from the middle of May, realTech AG and InterClubNet Ltd. will be offering a virtual marketplace on the Internet on which football clubs will be able to transfer players on a world-wide basis. At present, about 60 clubs have already signed an agreement to this effect. realTech hosts its proprietary Internet offer InterClub and will initially be responsible for support and maintenance for a period of three years. On the occasion of the acquisition of the share in InterClubNet Ltd., Rainer Schmidt, Member of the Board of Management of realTech AG, emphasised that this is representing the entrance into the marketplace business.
