Jeder Anwalt wird künftig über die Internet-Adresse www.foris-ag.de Bonitätsauskünfte und aktuelle Handelsregisterauszüge für seine Mandatsbearbeitung anfordern können. Nach dem Motto “was nützt der beste Titel, wenn beim Gegner nichts zu holen ist”, zählt die Bonitätsauskunft zum Grundhandwerkszeug eines jeden Anwalts. Zur richtigen Bezeichnung des Klagegegners sollte vor Jeder Einreichung einer Klageschrift bei Gericht ein aktueller Handelsregisterauszug eingeholt werden. Mit der Bereitstellung dieses Services bietet FORIS eine neue und interessante Dienstleistung für Anwälte übers Internet. Die Nutzung von FORIS-Bonität setzt keine Mitgliedschaft des Anwalts voraus. Bezahlt wird nur die jeweilig abgefragte Einzelauskunft. Diese Leistung kann der Anwalt seinem Mandanten, im Gegensatz zu etwaigen Mitgliedschaftsgebühren, in Rechnung stellen. FORIS rechnet daher bei diesem Modell der Einzelanfrage mit einem erheblichen Marktpotenzial. Aufgrund der Kooperation erhält FORIS Zugriff auf den zentralen Datenbestand des Verbandes der Vereine Creditreform e.V.. Die Datenbank verfügt über 16 Mio. Firmenauskünfte aus insgesamt zwölf Ländern. Im Rahmen der Kooperation werden in Zukunft alle von der FORIS AG gegründeten Vorratsgesellschaftcn für ein halbes Jahr beitragsfrei Mitglieder der Creditreform. Hierdurch werden die von der FORIS AG angebotenen Vorrats-GmbH’s und -AG’s für den Erwerber immer attraktiver. In the future, any lawyer will be able to request credit information and current commercial register extracts when processing cases via the Internet address www.foris-ag.de. As the soundest title is useless if the adverse party has nothing to take, credit information is one of the basic tools of any lawyer. In order to designate the adverse party accurately in the file of complaint, an up-to-date commercial register extract should be obtained before filing any action with the courts. With this service, FORIS is offering a new and interesting possibility for lawyers via the Internet. The use of the FORIS Credit Review does not require any membership on the part of the attorney. Only the specifically requested information will be charged. In contrast to membership fees, lawyers can bill their clients for this service. FORIS thus expects this model of specific information requests to have substantial market potential. Based on the cooperation, FORIS will receive access to the central data records of the Federation of Creditreform Associations. The database has over 16 million company data records from a total of 12 countries. Within the framework of the cooperation, every shelf company founded by FORIS AG will become a six-month membership without dues. This offer will make the newly formed limited liability companies and joint stock corporations sold by FORIS AG even more attractive for prospective buyers.
