Juni 2000 Die TRIUS AG hat ihre Planzahlen für das Geschäftsjahr 1999/2000 (01.05.99 – 30.04.00) erreicht. Der vorläufige Umsatz nach HGB und IAS beträgt 3.5 Mio. DM (prognostiziert waren 3.4 Mio. DM). Das vorläufige EBIT beträgt nach HGB -2.0 Mio. DM und nach IAS -1.4 Mio. DM (prognostiziert waren -2,0 Mio. DM). Hinzu kommt ein positives Zinsergebnis von 332 TDM. TRIUS, einer der führenden deutschen Anbieter für computergestützte Telefonie-Lösungen und Internet Communication Software, erwartet für das laufende Geschäftsjahr 2000/2001 eine Verdreifachung des Umsatzes auf rund 11,8 Mio. DM. Gemeinsam mit Kooperationspartnern wird das Unternehmen in den nächsten Monaten die Vertriebsaktivitäten für seine Produkte auch auf Großbritannien, Italien, Frankreich, Spanien und Holland ausweiten. Darüber hinaus wird die im polnischen Kattowitz ansässige Tochtergesellschaft TRIUS sp. z o. o. sowohl die Entwicklung der TRIUS-Produkte unterstützen als auch den osteuropäischen Markt im Bereich Internet Communication erschließen. TRIUS beschäftigt derzeit 39 Mitarbeiter. TRIUS AG’s 1999/2000 Operating Results Fully Within Plan Successful Start to 2000/2001 Fiscal Year Friedrichsdorf, Germany, June 26, 2000 TRIUS AG has achieved its planned numbers for the 1999/2000 fiscal year (May 1,1999 – April 30,2000). Preliminary sales revenue under both German accounting standards and IAS reached DM 3.5 million (DM 3.4 million predicted). Preliminary EBIT was DM -2.0 million under German accounting standards and DM -1.4 million under IAS (DM -2.0 million predicted). This does not include net interest income of DM 332 thousand. TRIUS, one of the leading German suppliers of computersupported telephone solutions and Internet communications software, expects sales revenue to triple to around DM 11.8 million in the current 2000/2001 fiscal year. In the next few months, together with its cooperation partners, the company will expand sales of its products to the UK, Italy, France, Spain and the Netherlands. In addition, TRIUS sp. z o. o., the subsidiary located in Kattowitz, Poland, will support development of TRIUS products and enter the Eastern European market for Internet communications.
