Nach Übernahme des spanischen Unternehmens Polar Umsatzziel für 2000 fast schon nach 6 Monaten erreicht München, 08.08.00 – Die am Neuen Markt notierte SHS Informationssysteme AG, das führende Beratungsuntemehmen für Informationstechnologie im deutschen Telekommunikationsmarkt, hat im 1. Halbjahr 2000 ein starkes Wachstumstempo vorgelegt. Die gesteckten Ziele wurden voll erreicht. Der Umsatz konnte in den ersten sechs Monaten diesen Jahres, im Vergleich zum Vorjahreszeitraum, um 43 % auf 5,94 Millionen Euro gesteigert werden. Der Halbjahresüberschuss des Berichtzeitraumes beträgt 0,36 Millionen Euro, was einen gewaltigen Sprung von 125 % zum Vorhalbjahr darstellt. Die konsequente Ausrichtung auf den internationalen Markt ist durch die Akquisition des spanischen Unternehmens POLAR weiter fortgeschritten. Der Umsatz von POLAR betrug im ersten Halbjahr ca. 9 Millionen Euro, so daß im gesamten SHS Konzern ein Umsatz von knapp 15 Mio. EURO erwirtschaftet wurde und man das ursprünglich gesetzte Ziel für dieses Jahr bereits nach 6 Monaten fast erreichte. —————————————————————– After the acquisition of the company POLAR in Spain – target for 2000 was almost reached after six months Munich, 08.08.00 – SHS Informationssysteme AG, listed on the New Market, the leading consulting company for information technology on the German telecommunications market has presented a growth acceleration in the first-half 2000. The targets set were fully met. The turnover in the current first- half compared to the corresponding period last year, was increased by 43 % to 5.94 Mio. Euro. The mid-year surplus of the period under review amounts to 0.36 Mio. Euro, representing an enormous leap of 125 % compared to the previous first-half. The consequent alignment to the international market has progressed further by the acquisition of the Spanish company POLAR. In the first-half the POLAR turnover amounted to approx. 9 Mio. Euro, resulting in a turnover of just under 15 Mio. Euro being generated by the entire SHS Group and the original target for this year already nearly being achieved after only 6 months.
