München 17.08.2000 – Die SHS Informationssysteme AG, München, erwirbt eine Minderheitsbeteiligung von 6,5 Prozent an dem Hamburger M-Commerce-Spezialisten :mobileview GmbH. Damit steigt das Unternehmen in den Markt für die Geschäftsabwicklung über mobile Internet-Endgeräte ein. :mobileview hat sich auf die Nutzbarmachung von Internet-Inhalten für Handys spezialisiert und insbesondere eine mobile Zugriffsmöglichkeit auf E-mails realisiert. Die Beteiligung von SHS erfolgt im Rahmen einer Kapitalerhöhung; die Investitionssumme beträgt 0,52 Mio. Euro. :mobileview hat eine umfangreiche Palette an WAP-Services (Wireless Access Protocol) für Transaktionen über Internet- fähige Handys entwickelt, die auf die neuen Standards für GPRS und UMTS übertragbar sind. SHS konzentriert sich als IT- Beratungsunternehmen insbesondere auf den Telekommunikationsmarkt. The company is thus entering the market for business conclusions via mobile Internet terminals. :mobileview has specialised on the utilization of Internet contents for mobile phones and has particularly realised access to mobile e-mails. The participation of SHS ensues in the scope of capital fund raising; the invested sum amounts to EURO 0.52m. :mobileview has a comprising range of WAP services (Wireless Access Protocol) for transactions via mobile phones with Internet functions, these can be translated to the new standards for GPRS and UMTS. SHS, as IT consulting company, concentrates particularly on the telecommunications market.
