Die SHS Informationssysteme AG wird der PAYBOX.net AG Bonitätsauskünfte und Kundendatenüberprüfungen sowie deren Bewertung in Deutschland, Österreich, Spanien, Italien, Großbritannien und Schweden bereitstellen. SHS Guardean ermöglicht somit PAYBOX.net, das Zahlungsausfallrisiko auf internationaler Ebene deutlich zu minimieren. Nach dem Telekommunikationsunternehmen o.tel.o hat SHS damit in kürzester Zeit einen weiteren bedeutenden ASP-Vertrag geschlossen. SHS und PAYBOX.net erwarten schon in naher Zukunft die Ausführung mehrerer Tausend Transaktionen je Tag über SHS GUARDEAN – die Abrechnung erfolgt in Abhängigkeit der tatsächlich durchgeführten Prüfungen. Dadurch wird die Geschäftstätigkeit von SHS um ein zukunftsträchtiges Geschäftsmodell angereichert, dessen Umsatzerlöse zudem unabhängig von der Anzahl der Mitarbeiter bei SHS erzielt werden können. Durch diesen wichtigen Auftrag stärkt SHS seine Stellung als echter ASP- Dienstleister, der transaktionsabhängig abrechnet – im Gegensatz zum Outsourcing-Modell, bei dem feste Preise vereinbart werden. Thus, SHS Guardean makes it possible for PAYBOX.net to greatly reduce the risks of defaults in payment on the international level. After the telecommunications company o.tel.o, SHS has concluded yet another important ASP contract in the shortest amount of time. SHS and PAYBOX.net are already expecting to carry out several thousand transactions per day with SHS GUARDEAN in the near future. The invoicing occurs according to the actual checks implemented.
