Euro, DVFA/SG-Ergebnis pro Aktie steigt München, den 07.11.2000 – Die am Neuen Markt notierte SHS Informationssysteme AG hat im Konzernumsatz in den ersten neun Monaten des Geschäftsjahres 2000 erfreuliche 12,6 Mio. Euro umgesetzt, was einer Steigerung von 83% gegenüber dem Vorjahr entspricht. SHS hat zur Jahresmitte 2000 die Kontrolle über das spanische Unternehmen POLAR übernommen und einen Gewinnanspruch für das gesamte Geschäftsjahr ab dem 01.01.2000 erworben. Bei der Als-Ob-Betrachtung ergibt sich damit sogar ein Umsatz von 19,9 Mio. Euro, also fast eine Verdreifachung gegenüber dem Vorjahreswert. Aufgrund der positiven Geschäftsentwicktung und der guten Auftragslage konnte das Jahresziel (Als-Ob-Betrachtung) kürzlich auf 29 Mio. Euro erhöht werden. SHS bleibt weiterhin profitabel. Trotz der Integrationskosten und der Firmenwertabschreibungen wurde im Konzern nach IAS ein positives Ergebnis vor Zinsen und Steuern (EBIT) von 0,45 Mio. Euro erzielt. Unter der Berücksichtigung der rückwirkenden Übernahme von POLAR ergibt sich für die ersten neun Monate im Konzern ein Als-Ob-EBIT von 1,84 Mio. Euro. Wie in den vergangenen Jahren wird auch in diesem Jahr das Ergebnis vor allem im umsatzstarken vierten Quartal erwirtschaftet werden können. Das Ergebnis der ersten neun Monate pro Aktie nach DVFA/SG beträgt 0,09 Euro, in der Als-Ob-Betrachtung sogar erfreuliche 0,24 Euro – gegenüber dem Ergebnis in 1999 fast eine Verdoppelung! ————————————————————————- SHS increased nine-month turnover strongly by 83% Increase of the fictional result to EUR 1.84 mill DVFA/SG result per share increases Munich, 07.11.2000 – In the Group turnover, SHS Informationssysteme AG listed on the Neue Markt (Nemax) has turned over a welcome EUR 12.6 mill. in the first nine months of the fiscal year 2000; this represents an increase by 83% compared to the previous year. At mid-year SHS took over the control of the Spanish company POLAR and acquired the entitlement to the profits for the entire fiscal year beginning 01.01.2000. The result in the fictional consideration is then a turnover of EUR 19.9 mill., i.e. almost triple the amount compared with the previous year’s value. Recently, due to the positive development of business and the amount of orders, the annual target (fictional consideration) could be increased to EUR 29 mill.. SHS continues to be profitable. Despite integration costs and goodwill amortization a positive result before interest and taxes (EBIT) amounting to EUR 0.45 mill. was achieved in the Group according to IAS. Taking the retroactive take-over of POLAR into account, the Group has a fictional EBIT of EUR 1.84 mill. for the first nine months. As was the case in the past years, the result will particularly be generated in the high- volume fourth quarter. Acc. to DVFA/SG the result per share of the first nine months is EUR 0.09 EUR – in the fictional consideration, even a welcome EUR 0.24 – compared to the result in 1999 almost double!
