SZ Testsysteme AG, Amerang near Wasserburg, reported its eighth quarterly sales record in succession: In the second quarter of the current fiscal year (January 1 through March 31, 2001), the company generated sales totaling DM 34.1 million (EUR 17.4 million). This represents nearly twice as much as in the second quarter of the previous year (DM 17.3 million or EUR 8.9 million) and a 12 percent rise since the first quarter of the current fiscal year (DM 30.5 million or EUR 15.6 million). As a consequence, sales for the first half of 2000/2001 have already reached DM 64.6 million (EUR 33 million), nearly repeating the total sales for the entire past fiscal year (DM 75.5 million or EUR 38.6 million). The same applies to incoming orders, which in the first six months amounted to DM 73.1 million (EUR 37.4 million).
