The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– Lenzing AG PROPOSED DIVIDEND: 10% + 10% The Board of Management of Lenzing AG is proposing a dividend of 10% to the regular shareholders’ meeting on fiscal 2000, as well as a premium of 10% based on the equity (EUR 26,717,250.00) – amounting to a total of EUR 1.46 per share. Last year, a dividend of 10% (EUR 0.73) was distributed. The Supervisory Board consents to this appropriation of profits, as proposed by the Board of Management.
