edel music AG english
Ad-hoc-announcement transmitted by DGAP. The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– edel music AG has given notice to the German Stock Exchange that it is terminating the admission of shares to the Neuer Markt and has applied for listing on the Geregelter Markt of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The segment change is a reaction to the current needs of the company and the present situation on the capital markets. The company believes that, even under a mid-term and long-term perspective, admitting its issued shares to listing on the Neuer Markt does no longer support the raising of capital. At the same time the publication obligations and information demands of the Neuer Markt tie up a considerable amount of the capacity of the company’s executives and create significant costs. The consolidation of the company currently being implemented requires, however, that all financial and personnel capacity is focussed on strengthening and expanding the core business. The Board of Directors has therefore decided on the segment change.
