The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– The Business Software Association has filed a partial claim against optimal media production GmbH, a subsidiary of edel music AG, regarding alleged copyright infringements. Business Software Association claims damages of DEM 22 million, which it says have occurred in connection with third parties’ pressing orders fulfilled by optimal media production, such orders having a total value of approximately DEM 66,000 (net). After careful evaluation by edel music AG’s lawyers in respect of the proceeding’s outcome, the company expects a dismissal of the suit. However, an estimated accrual will be set up as a precautionary measure.
