October 2001 – The Landgericht Frankfurt granted Travel24.com AG a preliminary injunction against the delisting rules of the Deutsche Börse / Neuer Markt. CEO Marc Maslaton: “We welcome the chosen move of the Deutsche Börse to implement quality control for the Neuer Markt. It serves our purposes as well. At the same time it is not understandable that these measures are being implemented with such speed, whereby companies that already go through a restructuring process are being penalized”.
