The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– E.ON completes share buyback program: 10 percent of capital stock repurchased E.ON AG, Düsseldorf, has repurchased about 76.3 million of its own shares as part of the share buyback program begun just over 13 months ago. This equals 10 percent of the Company’s capital stock. Around 4.5 billion euros was expended on the program.
