FORTEC continuously successful Ad-hoc-announcement transmitted by DGAP. The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– FORTEC continuously successful – Fiscal year 2000/01 (30/06) a record year’s profit of 2,45 million DM achieved (previous year 2,21 million DM) – 1st quarter (30/09) a plus of 26% in turnover and EBIT – preview 2nd quarter (01/10 – 31/12) continuously positive Aschheim, 2001-11-13. In FY 2000/01 a record year’s profit of 2,45 million DM was achieved (previous year 2,21 million DM). Besides an unchanged dividend of DM 1,–per share, suggestion will be made among others to the general shareholders’ board on December 20, 2001 for further prolongation of the warrants under WKN-no. 577 419 now limited to expiration date March 15, 2002. In 1st quarter of FY 2001/02 (30/09)a turnover of 16,3 million DM (previous year 12,9 million DM) and an operating profit (EBIT) of about 1 million DM compared to 0,8 million DM during same period of previous year was achieved. Even in spite of cautious estimate, the order income of industrial customers amounting to 16,9 million DM considerably topped last year’s figure of 15,3 million DM. In addition and based on a still high order book of 15,4 million DM, a similar result as in 1st quarter is expected for present period (01/10 – 31/12).
