TTL Information Technology AG (ISIN DE 0007501009) Supplier of integrated IT services. Peter M. Kistner (46), formerly with EMC Deutschland GmbH as Regional Sales Director responsible for Central Europe, will be TTL AGs new Sales Director. Besides the Enterprise Solutions business, TTL AGs core operation, Kistner will also be progressing divisional integration of the Munich-based IT service provider as General Manager of TTLs subsidiaries 1st DATA Solution Vertriebs- GmbH and TTL Consult IT GmbH. Kistner succeeds Klaus-Dieter Beier (61), who is leaving the company as planned on 31 March 2002. Besides Beier, the current Financial Director Ulrich Reinhardt (46) will be leaving TTL AG in mid-February, at his own request, by mutual consent with the supervisory board. The financial remit will in future be the responsibility of the new General Manager Achim Fischer (35), who has been with the company since 01 January 2001. By appointing a new sales director for the group, TTL AG is purposefully continuing expansion of TTLs project business, in which it develops and implements customized IT packages in its competence centers Enterprise Solutions, Financial Services and Consult IT.
