Deutsche Balaton AG indicated that the offer is expected to be priced at approximately Euro 3.10 per share, but not all of the terms and conditions of the potential offer are known at this time. The share price at the previous trading day was Euro 2.96. Deutsche Balaton indicated that they expect to publish the exact details of the offer in the beginning of March 2002.
