The last quotation at the Neuer Markt should take place on Friday, May 31, 2002 and the first quotation at the Regulated Market should happen on Monday, June 3, 2002. end of ad-hoc-announcement (c)DGAP 25.04.2002 Issuer’s information/explanatory remarks concerning this ad-hoc-announcement: Management and Supervisory Board believe that it was an honour for CeoTronics to be listed at the Neuer Markt in 1998 under the quality criteria valid at that time. The image of the Neuer Markt has changed so dramatically that remaining in an environment characterized by wheelings and dealings is no longer acceptable for a reputable industrial company such as CeoTronics. CeoTronics is free from scandals, never violated the Neuer Markt Rules and Regulations and published each quarter a consolidated report (according to US-GAAP) of 8 companies from 5 countries on time. The change of the segment into the Regulated Market (same symbol CEK) is the logic consequence of a development at the Neuer Markt where regret about the damage of the image and appeal to hold out are no longer enough. “The costs for the listing did not matter in our decision about the change of the segment. CeoTronics will continue in the reporting according to US-GAAP and we will keep the financial community informed in a contemporary way in order to maintain transparency,” said CeoTronics CEO Hans-Dieter Günther.
