The sender is solely responsible for the contents of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– The twelfth Annual General Meeting of the publicly traded Flughafen Wien AG has elected two new members to the Supervisory Board: Christoph Herbst, a Vienna attorney and expert for capital markets, cartel and competition law, and Alfons Metzger, a real estate specialist and court-certified real estate expert. Christopher L. Reilly, the English bank manager (UBS Warburg), has left the Board after nine years. The two new members will take this seat plus a second that has been vacant since November 2000.
