Reuters Signs Global Agreement with Brainpower Ad-hoc-announcement processed and transmitted by DGAP. Under this agreement, current and prospective customers of Reuters Investor and Reuters Market Monitor (RMM) products will have the option of including Brainpower’s mission-critical analytic tools and mutual funds data from Lipper (a Reuters company). Reuters can now extend their retail finance offering to include new and valuable funds-based content and analysis. The new offer will be based on Brainpower’s NetXceed technology platform exploiting previously integrated Lipper mutual funds databases (both US and International). Brainpower will help Reuters design product specific web-based displays to maximize the analysis potential and return on investment of the data supplied. Reuters Investor provides information for private and institutional investment portals. The RMM suite delivers broad coverage of the global financial markets including securities, fixed income, foreign exchange and commodities prices and news. It is licensed to businesses for use by their employees working in functions such as research, marketing, sales, and corporate management. These new services will be sold by Reuters’ global sales force.
